  • Orders over $85 ship free, automatically applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

  • Every product is made-to-order to reduce waste and maintain exclusivity.
  • Average delivery time within the United States: 7–10 business days.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen carrier disruptions.

Carriers

  • Orders are fulfilled by our partners and shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Replacements

At United Streets Co., each item is made-to-order — created just for you with embroidery or print-on-demand craftsmanship. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

But we do stand behind our quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

How to request a replacement:

  1. Email support@usco.shop within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include photos showing the issue, packaging and shipping label.
  3. Once confirmed, we’ll send out a free replacement ASAP.

Sizing Policy

Because every hoodie and tee is custom-made:

  • We cannot accept returns for size issues.
  • Please check the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
  • If you do order the wrong size, we’ll give you a 20% discount on a replacement order.

  1. Faulty/Damaged Orders → We cover replacement shipping.
  2. Size-related Replacements → Customer covers cost of replacement (less 20%) + shipping.
